fix broken icons and other system troubles

From the /System/Library remove the following files - "Extensions.kextcache", "Extensions.mkext", and the folder "com.apple.kernalcaches"

Then run sudo touch /System/Library/Extensions (in the Terminal) to reset the cache info.
